These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the MyEasyHote service, a platform for creating digital welcome books, published by Axel Letourneau (sole proprietor, SIRET 92884523900039). By using the service, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

MyEasyHote allows hospitality professionals to create, customize and share digital welcome books with their guests. The service includes:

• •A welcome book editor with customizable modules
• •Automatic translation in 10+ languages
• •A built-in interactive map
• •Consultation analytics
• •Sharing via QR Code and link
• •A referral program

To use the service, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The service offers:

• •A 7-day free trial with no credit card required
• •A platform subscription at €5/month providing access to all features
• •A cost of €4/month per booklet created
• •Payments are securely processed by Stripe
• •Subscriptions are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time

Every new user benefits from a 7-day free trial period. At the end of this period, the subscription starts automatically unless previously cancelled. No credit card is required to start the trial.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your booklets will no longer be accessible to guests but your data is retained for 30 days.

By using the service, you agree to:

• •Only publish content for which you hold the rights
• •Not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of public decency
• •Not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service
• •Provide accurate information in your welcome books
• •Respect the intellectual property of third parties

You retain full ownership of the content you create on MyEasyHote (texts, images, settings). By publishing content, you grant us a limited license to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

MyEasyHote, its logo, design, features and source code are the exclusive property of Axel Letourneau. Any reproduction, copy or imitation, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The service is provided "as is". MyEasyHote strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. MyEasyHote shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits related to the use of the service.

The referral program allows you to receive €4 per subscribed referral. Earnings are paid via bank transfer. MyEasyHote reserves the right to modify or suspend the referral program at any time. Any abuse or fraud will result in earnings cancellation and account suspension.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
